We offer FREE AMERICA WIDE SHIPPING for orders over $200. If your order total is less then $200 you will be charged a low (25% discounted) shipping price.
All products are shipped via America's top shipping service providers (Fedex, UPS, USPS). Shipping is only available within America as well as Canada. We do not ship to PO Boxes, or APO/FPO.
Orders from Drapery Curtain Rods are shipped directly from our suppliers by parcel or truck to the address of your choice. All our drapery hardware suppliers are located in America. The shipping calculator available on our shopping cart page gives you an instant shipping quote specific to your order. The shipping calculator uses live Fed Ex shipping rates which are calculated based on the dimensional weight of the product(s) you order. We use custom, high-end shipping extensions to offer you the most accurate, and affordable shipping rates.
How Long Does Shipping Take?
We do our best to ship your order within 24 hours of your order. However, sometimes it may take up to 48 hours to ship your order (excluding holidays and weekends).
Ground Shipping: This method takes anywhere from 3-10 business days America wide, but may take up to 14 days on rare occasions.
Three Day Select: This shipping method takes up to 3 business days America wide.
When will I receive my order?
Most in-stock merchandise normally arrives within 2-7 business days. However, additional charges may apply for remote areas. Please note that business days do not include weekends.
We try our best to ship all orders within 48 business hours of your purchase, unless the products you purchased are out-of-stock in which case we will contact you, and you will have the option to either wait, cancel or choose an alternative set of drapery hardware of your liking to purchase instead. On rare occasions, our suppliers do not inform us in time that certain products are out of stock, and this does not allow us enough time to remove those products from our website. This is simply the nature of our business, but we do our best to make sure our suppliers stock all the products available on our website.
Over-sized Shipping Notice
Pole lengths that are 96 inches (8 feet) or longer incur additional freight charges. However, for your convenience we have included these freight charges in the shipping price, which can be calculated on the shopping cart page. Most of our drapery hardware collections have 'Connectors' or 'Joints' which can be used to achieve longer pole spans – the required centre bracket will help conceal the seam where the poles connect.
Can I specify special delivery instructions?
If required, please specify special delivery instructions in the "Special Delivery" area during Checkout. These instructions may include where to leave your package if you are not home (eg. a neighbor's house, the backyard, etc). We will try our best to fulfill your special shipping request.
If the package from our carriers is damaged never take possession of it. Always inspect all packages and products before taking possession of the package from the carrier. Freight damage claims must be filed within 48 hours of delivery. Most shipping companies require that the original packaging is retained for inspection by a representative.
How is shipping cost calculated?
Shipping is calculated based on the dimensional weight of each item and your shipping destination. You can find out your shipping cost in the shopping cart, right before you checkout. Our shipping calculators provide you with instant, live shipping rates from America's major shipping providers. Due to our close relationships with major couriers including FedEx, UPS, and USPS we are able to pass on our savings to you. Expect to pay 25%-30% less for shipping than regular rates provided by these couriers.
Do you ship during the Holidays?
We do not ship orders during regular American Holidays. During the Christmas and New Year holiday season shipping is unavailable from December 20th to January 6th. However, you can still place your order on our website during these holidays, and we will ship your order as soon as Holidays are over.
Where do you ship from?
We ship all orders from America! Since we carry products from various curtain rods and drapery hardware suppliers from across America, shipping origin will depend on the products you order.
